Gaga was here this past weekend and we decided to do some classic little kids Easter activities! We dyed eggs and Svea wanted a "pink" one most of all. She told me favorite color is pink...crap, how can we change that! I just hope it's because she really likes it and not because "American marketing" says she should.
Mom had brought these little bunny stickers to put on the eggs and it makes it look like a rabbit is holding the eggs. I found her old bunny hat and she was totally into wearing it for the eggs.
Kieran hung out in his bouncer and discovered how to pull his legs up and tuck them inside of his bouncer.
At one point he would put them down, then I would tell him to put his legs up, and he would. Possibly a coincidence, but he did it a few times. He is also starting to give us little baby kisses...or should I say big sloppy wet baby kisses!
Dan and I were able to get out of the house and go out to eat on Friday night. It was SOOOO nice. We went to Zorbas for dinner and we talked about all of the places we would like to travel to. We kind of have a long list. Maybe someday:) Other than that we hung out at home. Kieran and I went to church and it felt so good. The contemporary music that our church is finally playing was like a fresh breathe of fresh air! Mom and I pulled Svea around the yard in a sled for a few minutes, but she wasn't too excited about it. We'll see if we can get her to go before all of the snow melts. Thank you Gaga for spending so much time with the kids when I had to take Kieran to get a shot, church, and date night! We REALLY appreciate the time to get away, catch up on errands, or travel to the dr. without a two year old. We love you and appreciate all the help! Here's an older picture of Gaga with the kids that I forgot to post the last time she came.
