This black shirt was a flimsy material and boxy. The neckline was really weird and when I bent over you could see way too much. If I can't wear it to work and it be practical around the house, then no thank you:) Also, if I'm going to buy something black it's either going to be a very nice basic shirt or be super cute. blah to the black shirt:)
This shirt was super soft and was longer so I could wear it as at tunic. The fabric was very clingy though and my few extra rolls were on show for everyone to see. The neckline was a little wonky too and I couldn't quite get past that.
This one looked ok out of the box, but not on me. I'm not a big knit pattern person and the burnt orange color wasn't my favorite. Also, it was a little small. For some reason sweaters tend to run short on me at the waist. I may have a little extra surface area right now due to nursing. Ha!
Score! I've been trying on shirts like this here and there and can never find one that looks tailored and not frumpy. This chambray button down shirt fit like a glove and is super cute. I can wear it with a scarf or with a v-neck sweater over it. It's really soft and the cut fits just right. Also you can see a pair of earrings sitting on the shoulder. I got those too. They are a real pretty silver color with tiny pearl beads interwoven together. They almost look like mini dream catchers only more elegant. Overall it was a fun experience. I would have tried on the clothes and took pictures, but Dan wasn't home and when I took pictures in our mirror it was too dark or the flash washed out the photo. I'll let you know if I ever do it again. If you google stitch fix you'll find the site plus other women's blogs who have tried it. I went back into my style profile page and updated a few things. Hopefully the stylist will have a better feel for what I like even more next time. Thank you Mom, Grandma and Grandpa Fugleberg, and Dean and Kathy for the birthday cash. It was fun to go out shopping and do a little bit at home too!
