One Month Old

Kieran-You are one month old!  To us you are so big and long.  You are in your 0-3 month clothes and sleeper and wear a size one diaper.  You've been sleeping 3-4 hours as night, but last night you went 5 straight hours between feedings!  You eat and go right back to sleep, unless Mom has to change a poopy diaper.  Then, you wake up quite a bit, but a little snuggle time with Mom in bed and you are out and back in your pack n' play in no time.  You are so mellow and rarely cry.  Even when you wake up at night to eat you just make little grunts and stretches until someone comes to get you.  You are very observant and don't sleep well if there is a lot of action going on around you.  You don't want to miss anything! You still eat very fast....anywhere from 3-15 minutes and usually it's under 10.  You are a dream baby and so easy to take care of.  We love trying to make you smile and we think you might have a few times in reaction to us, but if not you are getting close.  You have made having a newborn so easy, but even if you didn't we want you to know how much we love you!
