I L.O.V.E. love this show on TLC and I think I've got Dan hooked too! Obviously it's all about cakes, but it's a whole New Jersey based family owned company that make amazing cakes and speak with thick New Jersey accents. Dan can mimic Buddy (the owner) exactally. It's so funny and I often beg him to do so. Here's a standard dialogue of what he might say. You'll have to check out cake boss to hear what it actually sounds like!
-First I take some Rice Krispie Treats and mold them to look like a (whatever they are making at the moment).
-Then we cover that with modeling chocolate.
-I was like, where's the cake!
-This is gonna be awesome!
