Random Thoughts From the Dornfelds

-There isn't much going on in our house except Dan is painting our living room. I can't say that I am as well because I haven't started to help yet. It's a grey-blue color and so far we are liking it. I told him I'd help out some this weekend.

We can't quite figure Riker out. It appears he does have some hair growing back on his chest area, but his hind legs still look bare. We're watching it really closely hoping that there's still a chance he'll be ok. We haven't noticed his infection lately too so these are all good signs, but I don't know how an infection would just suddently clear up on it's own after 3 rounds of antibiotics weren't enough. We'll see.

Next week I'll be done with my fourth masters class. Only 8 more to go after that! It sounds a little daunting at the moment, but so far it has gone fast. It's my final 40-page research paper hanging over my head that I'm most anxious about...arghghgh!

-We've had a lot of new families join our church lately. Usually they get started because their kids want to join confirmation at our church. Dan must be doing something right. I'm very proud of him!

-That's about it. Pretty boring around here but happy, really so we can't complain:) Here's a picture of Laila combing Dan's beard during our trip to Twin Cities. Look at her laughing away! Love it!!
